    How do I make a withdrawal?
    To make a withdrwal log in to your account, go to "Withdrawal" tab on your account dashboard. We currently support only Bitcoin and Etherum withdrawals only.



    Verification email not received?
    If you cannot find the verification link in your email, it's likely that it is being blocked by your email settings, or by a security filter. Please check your email settings and ensure no filter is up. You can also check spam/junk folder.

  • How can I make a deposit?
    You can use any of the available payment options to make your investment deposit. Bitcoin or Etherum.

    You are required to login to your account section and go to new deposit to get a unique bitcoin or etherum wallet generated by your account. From your bitcoin wallet make a deposit of the amount you wish to invest with Asset Growth Pool. Once the system receives the funds, the deposit is made available in your account.

    I have made a deposit, but it's not credited to my account?
    It may take up to 48 hours for your account to show your deposit. However, if you don't see your deposit even after 48 hours, contact us with the screenshot of transaction as a proof of deposit and your account will be credited after successful verification.

  • I paid my management fee, but my account is still restricted. What do I do?
    It may take up to 24 hours to verify your payment. However, if you have paid your management fee and you account is still restricted after 24 hours, please send us the details of your transaction and your account will be restored back after payment has been verified.

    What is account management fee?
    We charge a one-time Investment management fee of $50.00 for any registered account that has made an investment deposit with Asset Growth Pool. The account management fee is applicable for any account that has invested with us. Asset Growth Pool reserves the right to change these fees. In certain circumstances, and at our sole discretion, Asset Growth Pool may notify selected customers of a specific fee change, where we consider a change to be of particular relevance to such customers.

  • 48 HOURS HAS PASSED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFERRAL COMMISSION?
    This may be due to any of the following reasons

    • Your referral investment deposit is not to up to the minimum $100.00 investment deposit allowed
    • Your referral investment deposit has not been processed and as a result the account not credited and active.
    • The referrl may not have registered with your referral link or there was an error when making the registeration and it did not connect to your link.


    How to use the referral link?
    Please note that your referral link is not supposed to be used by you. When you click on the referral link on your accounts page, the link will automatically be copied. You can then share the link with your friends and family who wish to invest with Asset Growth Pool. Your account with be credited with referral commission as soon as your friend registers using your link. However, this amount will remain locked until the newly registered Investor makes a deposit. .

    REFERRAL COMMISSION NOT ACTIVATED?
    Referral commision is completed and Paid into investors account within 48 hours from the time the referral makes investment deposit.

  • I have made a deposit, but I don't receive returns?
    Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your deposit to confirm and show in your account. Also, the minimum deposit that we require our investors to make is $100 to be able to earn returns. If your total deposit (excluding welcome bonus) is less than $100, your account will not eligible for returns. In such a case, add more funds to your account to make your total deposit above $100 (excluding the welcome bonus) and you shall start to receive returns from the next day

    When will I get returns after I have made a deposit?
    Please note that your deposit may take up to 48 hours to get activated and you shall start getting returns after 24 hours of your deposit activation.

    When will I see a return on my investment?
    For most investment companies It takes time to gain traction. Bearing in mind that most fail, if you do happen to invest in one that is successful, it usually takes a few years before a company would be in a position to pay dividends however for Asset Growth Pool you will start seeing your returns in the next 24hrs.

    Why my account has missing returns?
    Please note that returns are not awarded to suspended accounts. So if your account was suspended for any reason, you will not receive returns during that time.

  • Can I lose more than I invest or the Money I Invest?
    No. You cannot lose your money with Asset Growth Pool. We have taken every measure to ensure that your money is safe.

  • What is Super Saver Solution?
    As a VIP customer, in our Super Saver Solution, you will be the first to receive notice of our new products as we roll them out. Here is some information to guide you on the super save solution.


    The super safe solution works by adding your daily returns to your investment deposit for a period of 90 days. You can make a withdrawal request during this period however your withdrawal cannot exceed request above $3,000 within a 90 days period.   

    After 90 days maturity period on SSS your account will be qualified to make the first tax free withdrawal not exceeding $100,000.00. If your account remains on SSS for another 35 days after your first withdrawal, you will be qualified to make the second tax free withdrawal not exceeding $500,000.00. If you wish to withdraw any amount above $500,000.00 after the second tax-free withdrawal returns, please contact us.

    The 90 days maturity period on your account starts on the day you apply for this solution, you can find the maturity date on your account profile section. Please note that the additional bonus of 3% 6% 10% is only applicable if there is no withdrawal request from your account within this 90 days period.

    The bonus interest on your SSS investment will be paid on the maturity date.

  • Can I withdraw from my Asset Growth Pool Account to my bank account?
    Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not support direct withdrawals from your Asset Growth Pool Account to your bank account. Withdrawals are allowed through Bitcoin and Etherum.

    How much can I withdraw?
    Each account has a withdrawal limit based on the account usage. You should be able to see that limit when requesting a withdrawal. Please refer that and make withdrawals accordingly.

    How to know how much I can withdraw?
    The amount and time limitations of withdrawals allowed are clearly displayed on the withdrawals page of your Asset Growth Pool account. Please refer to the same.

    To increase your withdrawal limit and reduce the withdraw time frame you are required to increase your investment deposit. Please note that the withdraw time frame is temporary and will be lifted in the coming weeks as the Covid-19 crisis reduce and our banking partners commences full operations.

    Things to remember before making a deposit?
    Return Withdrawals may take up to 3-7 working days to complete. Deposit Withdrawals may require account verification and may take up to 14 working days to complete. Please check your withdrawal settings carefully before you make a withdrawal request. Withdrawals once requested cannot be cancelled. Each account has a withdrawal limit based on the account usage. You should be able to see that limit when requesting a withdrawal.

    Why is my withdrawal request still pending?
    If you have not received a withdrawal that was initiated from your Asset Growth Pool account, this is most likely due to your investment return not having been confirmed by the accounting department and means the transaction is still in process.
    An uncompleted withdrawal will eventually either be paid into your withdrawal account once confirmed or it will be rejected (if it was not approved which is unlikely). If it is eventually rejected, don't worry. The funds will return to your Asset Growth Pool account. At this point, we can only recommend that you wait to receive instruction on why your withdrawal was not approved.  
    To view the current status of your withdrawal, please navigate to Accounts  > Withdrawals. Here you will see the complete status of all your withdrawals, Rejected, Processing, Pending status or Completed status.We do everything we can to fasten the number of daily withdrawal transactions.

    Why was my withdrawal not auto withdrawn and showing pending?
    Due to security reasons, whenever a suspicious activity is detected, the Automatic Self Withdrawal (ASP) is disabled by the system and the withdrawal request is left pending for completion after verification. We request you to be patient. Your withdrawal request will be completed within 7 days.

    WITHDRAWAL COMPLETED BUT NOT REFLECTED ON MY BITCOIN/ETHERUM WALLET?
    Every bitcoin/etherum transfer goes through a mining and confirmation process before it reflects in your account. Sometimes as a result of delay or traffic on blockchain network you may experience a delay in receiving your payment on your bitcoin/etherum wallet.
